In the Premier League, Leeds have recovered from being 0-3 down on just one occasion in a 4-3 Premier League win v Derby County at Elland Road on November 8th 1997 after having trailed by three goals in the opening 33 minutes.
The last occasion Leeds found themselves 0-3 down to win a match was in a 3-4 Championship victory at St. Mary's on November 19th 2005 having trailed 0-3 at half-time.
Leeds have come back to win from a two-goal deficit on four occasions in the Premier League (4-3 home win v Derby in Nov 1997, 3-2 away win v Barnsley in November 1997, 4-3 home win v Liverpool in November 2000, and a 3-2 away win v Wolves in March 2022).

Leeds' remarkable comeback 3-2 Boxing Day victory over Blackburn on December 26th 2018 at Elland Road was the only occasion in the club's history in which we had scored two goals in 90+ minutes to win a league match through Kemar Roofe (90+1', 90+4').
Leeds last secured three consecutive comeback victories across all competitions between August and September 1999 under David O' Leary (2-1 win at Tottenham, a 4-3 win at Coventry and a 3-1 UEFA Cup win over Partizan Belgrade).
The first and only time Leeds won a Premier League match having trailed by 2+ goals at half-time came on March 18th 2022 in a 3-2 Premier League victory over Wolves at Molineux courtesy of Luke Ayling's 91st minute winner. Leeds trailed 0-2 at half-time but went on to stage a dramatic comeback win despite having lost on all of the previous 47 occasions.
