This page is dedicated to the greatest comeback wins in Leeds United history across all competitions since the start of the 1920/21 season. From an unforgettable 4-3 comeback win at St. Mary's from 0-3 down to our latest stunning Premier League comeback from 0-2 down to beat Wolves 3-2 at Molineux under Jesse Marsch.

There are 55 club victories stretching back to 1920 that still need to be verified for goal minutes and have been excluded from the list for the moment.

In the Premier League, Leeds have recovered from being 0-3 down on just one occasion in a 4-3 Premier League win v Derby County at Elland Road on November 8th 1997 after having trailed by three goals in the opening 33 minutes.

The last occasion Leeds found themselves 0-3 down to win a match was in a 3-4 Championship victory at St. Mary's on November 19th 2005 having trailed 0-3 at half-time.

Leeds have come back to win from a two-goal deficit on four occasions in the Premier League (4-3 home win v Derby in Nov 1997, 3-2 away win v Barnsley in November 1997, 4-3 home win v Liverpool in November 2000, and a 3-2 away win v Wolves in March 2022).

The last time Leeds secured consecutive comeback wins was in December 2018 with Championship victories over Aston Villa (2-3 from two goals down at Villa Park) and Blackburn (3-2 win at Elland Road).

Leeds' remarkable comeback 3-2 Boxing Day victory over Blackburn on December 26th 2018 at Elland Road was the only occasion in the club's history in which we had scored two goals in 90+ minutes to win a league match through Kemar Roofe (90+1', 90+4').

Leeds last secured three consecutive comeback victories across all competitions between August and September 1999 under David O' Leary (2-1 win at Tottenham, a 4-3 win at Coventry and a 3-1 UEFA Cup win over Partizan Belgrade).

Leeds' last comeback victory came in a 2-1 victory over Shrewsbury Town in the League Cup first round at Elland Road on August 9th 2023. Our last 90th+ minute winner in a comeback victory came in a 3-2 Premier League victory over Wolves at Molineux courtesy of Luke Ayling's 91st minute winner after having trailed 0-2 at half-time. This was also the first time that Leeds won a Premier League match having trailed by 2+ goals at half-time having lost on all previous 47 occasions.
