This is a comprehensive record of every player to have scored on their competitive debut for Leeds United since 1920.

To date, 76 players have achieved this feat, from Len Armitage against South Shields in September 1920 to Eddie Nketiah on loan

from Arsenal in August 2019 against Salford City.

Five players have scored hat-tricks on their competitive debuts for the club: Eugene O'Doherty, Percy Whipp, Don Weston, Carl Shutt

and Samuel Saiz.


Twelve players have scored 2+ goals on their competitive Leeds debuts. Pierre-Michel Lasogga was the last to achieve this when he

netted a brace against Burton Albion at Elland Road in August 2017.

Eleven players have scored on their first Premier League appearance for the club: Lee Chapman, Imre Varadi, Frank Strandli, Briane Deane, Lee Bowyer, Jimmy Floyd Hasselbaink, Alan Smith, Nick Barmby, Jack Harrison, Patrick Bamford and Mateusz Klich.
